Endo and bowel?

Hi, I recently had keyhole surgery to check and remove any endometriosis as well as a cyst on my ovary. While I was undergoing the surgery the cyst had erupted. After surgery while I was still on hospital I was informed that my condition was worse than first expected. I've been told that my bowel and uterus is connected and my ovaries and tubes are stuck. As well as having a blocked tube. They weren't able to do anything at the time so I'm needed to have another surgery. I'm not entirely sure what to expect. I was still unaware of what was going on when they told me as I just got out of surgery. Has anyone had surgery for this? Would love some support in understanding my situation. I'm worried I won't be able to have my own babies.
