Advice please

Hi! I am hoping for some advice. Dr's think I have endo as my left ovary is stuck to my uterus. I've got the mirena to help manage the pain. But in August it is believed that I had a ruptured cyst so have been put on the waiting list for a laproscopy. It's been 3 months and I don't have a date yet. In the last few weeks the pain has increased and it's also in my lower back. My coil threads can't be found and Dr's and nurses are having different reactions to that. I have another scan in December to see if it's still in place. I don't know what to do to try to get the help I think I need as i don't feel right and it's getting worse. To add to this my partner is becoming frustrated with my anxiety about it all. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Contact your consultants secretary and explain you are waiting on an appointment for a lap explain your pain etc and ask if it can be pushed x

Waiting is awful, I waited a year and half for my laparoscopy. And others don't understand when your in so much pain and discomfort and your waiting for something that could help how frustrating and emotional it can be. Really keep on at the gp, and consultant secretary, and if needs be go to your a+e as well when your pain is severe and uncontrollable. Hope you get your app soon.x
