I had my first shot on Tuesday and the only thing I have noticed is I have no appetite. I started to eat tea last night and just could not eat it, no idea why. I'd only had a couple of biscuits since breakfast and today I had to force myself to eat cereal.
Since the hayfever season has ended I have stopped taking anti-histamines and noticed Tramadol makes me itch so I use an anti-histamine when I take it now and it's much better. I use Loratidine which I get from Home Bargains - under £1 for 14. They also do cetirizine as well but that doesn't work for my hayfever. May be worth a try?
