What's Wrong With Me??

I'm really concerned because I experience really horrible anal and abdominal and I don't know what to do about it. It hurts really badly sometimes, but I'm only a teenager and haven't had my period yet so I don't know what could be causing it. The anal pain is unbearable sometimes (especially when I use the toilet) and the abdominal pain has just happened the past few days. I just feel so embarassed I can't talk to anyone about this. Is it endometriosis or some type of cancer or something with my bladder or bowels or what, I don't know! I don't know whats wrong with me...

Hey! First of all there 's nothing to be embaressed of, just talk to an adult and go to your GP.Meanwhile , make sure you drink plenty of fluids to have bowel movement.Don't panic, it's not cancer , believe me .Don't read everything , we are all diffrent ...Stay positive but speak to a doctor, that's the best way to find out what's going on.Good luck! X

You need not be embarrassed we all here to give each other support.

You sound rather distressed but step one calm down!...the human body goes weird sometimes.

I have horrible pain there too as well when i need to go sometimes and it shoots up to my waist areas.

Cancer is a pretty big diagnosis to make and you introducing fear which would stress you out the more.

Are you constipated in anyway?.sometimes it's the simple things.

You poor thing! I used to have horrible pain up my bottom - it was a shooting pain and felt like red hot poker was holding onto the base of my spine. It used to flare up after I went to the loo too. I was diagnosed with endometriosis in my pouch of douglas,(an area behind your vagina and in front of your bowel) which I have now had removed. I was worried that it was cancer too, but the best thing you can do is go to the doctors to get it checked out. Try not to be embarrassed, more people then you think suffer from things like this!
