Hi Ladies.

I just wanted to share the link above about Endometriosis and Tumeric, I have recently started taking Tumeric and it really has been helping me with the pain, i have only been taking it for a couple of weeks but I can feel a difference.

Tumeric is known as a amazing anti inflammatory in some articles saying it can stop endometriosis if this is true or not I don't know, but I just thought I would share this so you could have a look if you are interested.

Do you take Tumeric through supplements? If so, what ones do you take? xx

Hi lovely.

Yes I take them as supplements the ones I have been taking are called Power Health Tumeric 500mg. They are £4.09 on amazon I have been taking 2 a day. Xx
