Hospital cancelled my appointment

I was meant to have my first gynae appointment in May because of worsening Endo pain, but hospital has now sent a letter cancelling it, I now have to wait for them to contact me with another booking....is there more I can do to get an appointment sooner, been waiting some time as it is. 😞

This happens to me all the time. I had to put in a complaint and I received an appointment within 4 weeks. I saw my gynae and he said he wanted to see me in 12 weeks but has since cancelled all his appointments and the next available one is in October!!!!. I've now been referred to another hospital so I'm hoping it will be better there.
