Just over year ago I had sex for the first time.. and for about 3 months after that I had no periods and was in a lot of pain my periods used to be fine before that and I suffered with symptoms such as (pain to urinate, pain with intercourse,bloatedness, needing to go to the loo a lot on period) I left it till the january as it was july and finally went to the doctors and told them my worrys i saw a really nice lady who listend to mr and told me my options as first I was told I had a water infection and bacterial vaginosis then had to go back where she reffered me to hereford hospital and I had scans done ect as she had already examined me they found 8 cyts on each ovaries which means I have pollycystic ovaries and then kept checking ad they was a little big finally I had a appointment with a consultant and he mentioned a laparoscopy which I agreed as i couldnt bear the pain and feeling of having no control over my body I am now 2 weeks post op and still in pain but they found significant endo and I have to go back so may need a laparoscopy again but I also have fears of not being able to have children all you ladies make sure you go to the doctors and push for them to do something like I did before things get worse I am now waiting to go back to dicuss treatment the whole process is stressfull but its worth it to know what is wrong I hope one day my pain goes away and that I will be able to carry a child and be a mum we will just have to wait and see
