Hi all I'm due to see a private gynaecologist this Friday which my GP has referred to me too as did not have a great connection with my old one. Was looking through my notes today and just wondered if anyone could help me out with a few things. First of all, it says I have a 4cm ovarian cyst which is placed inside my pouch of Douglas? Where is this situated and is it normal for it to be in there? Secondly I have some endometrial cavity fluid and free fluid in my pelvis.. Any suggestion as to what this is/ the cause? Thanks for your help x
