how many pills can they make me try?

Hi

Iv tryed 7 different pills some were I take them constantly, others were I have a break. however none agree with me, mood swings, emotional just no good....... how many more pills will the doc try me on before offering me alternative treatment

have you tried primrose oil and vitamin b?It has helped me with my mood swings. I dont take medicine. Its all natural and has helped me tremendously.

It depends on your doctor I think but my experience is pills are often seen as the quick cure (for lots of stuff!). I had to actually move GP because they got very stroppy (in retrospect I should have made a complaint) when I said I didn't want to go on the 'chemical change' - my reasons (amongst many) were that I actually couldn't take the pill so why would I want to get shot up with more stuff?! If you're not happy definitely tell the doctor you want another route or get other advice/pursue other routes independently.
