Need some advice please...

I've been suffering with endometriosis for roughly 6 years now. I've had 3 lots of surgery etc but nothing long standing has been effective. I've been prescribed prostrap injections which have been brill for the pain and bleeding. The only downside to the injections is the side effects. Consultant prescribed me HRT to help with the side effects. I've tried two types now, tablets and patches and it is just not agreeing with me. I've had to stop using the patches as it started my bleeding back off and then the pain followed. My G.P is at a loss as to what to do next so is writing to my consultant to ask for an earlier follow up appointment. I dunno what to do for the best at the moment. I feel like the menopausal symptoms are really affecting my day-to-day life. Has anyone or is anyone experiencing the same problems?
