I am having a HSG done soon to check if my tubes are blocked. I'm a little Worried as my last transnational scan left me in severe pain for 2 hours to the point of vomiting. Is it something that's manageable with severe endo? x

That was supposed to say transvaginal!
I've had hysterosalpingograms done but only during surgery, so when under general anaesthetic. Might that be possible for you? If not, I'd recommend taking something to relax you as well as painkillers beforehand. Sounds like they can be painful, but not always definitely.
