Unfortunately, I don't know much about this condition but as it is related to Endo and I'm always passionate to learn more, I researched. Not a lot came up although I found a question and answer thing that had questions about surgery so I'm guessing if you have a very skilled surgeon he can remove the Endo scarring to then unfreeze your pelvis. The best thing to do it to visit a specialist at an accredited Endo centre.
