How long have you had it for? If it is a recent pain it might just be musculoskeletal. If it is chronic or reoccurring then perhaps you should have it checked out. Irritation to the diaphragm can cause shoulder pain but mine was on the right hand side caused by endo.
What is endo? And only for two days. This never happened before . It hurts the worse when I'm laying down .. And what is musculoskeletal ?
A muscle/ligament/bone issue , usually caused by an awkward stretch or lying in a twisted position. Keep going with those pain killers and I'm sure it will settle. Maybe see your GP if it doesn't get any better.
