I find that when i have a bad day with my Endo that my stomach blows up by 2ins or more

and feels like being stabbed with a hot needle, can anyone suggest a good way that i can try and settle it down, the local hospital has discharged me and said you just got to live with it ......thanks

Hi! I read somewhere that putting Epsom Salts in your bath water helps with bloating. I haven't tried it yet as I planned to buy some today and completely forgot! Typical me these days...x

My stomach always swells when the pain is bad. I have yet to find a way of easing this but usually a warm bath does help abit. Xx

Hi I get terrible bloating, even seem to have two different sets of clothes now, normal sized clothes and then trousers up to 2 sizes bigger for when I'm having a bad day - I really feel for you its horrible and completely ruins my day as its so painful as well. I make sure I drink lots of water and warm peppermint tea also take iburphne (sorry don't know how to spell!) Hot baths are the best thing for me as well, will have to try the espom salts! Haven't yet found the miracle cure, good luck with it all x

Peppermint tea is a really good one.

I avoid gluten now and that has made a big difference.
