I'm really worried about fertility. I'm 36 diagnosed with severe endo, it's on surface of bowel and I have choc cysts. What should I do ?

Hi kapj.

It really depends on where your endo is as to whether or not it affects your fertility. If you ovulate and your fallopian tubes are okay then your fertility should be intact. I too have severe deep infiltrating endo. My uterus is stuck back to my bowel, as is one of my ovaries partially. I also worried about my fertility but am pleased to say that at 38 years old I am currently 18 weeks pregnant. Try not to worry too much as this affects your fertility more than anything else. It was only when I finally accepted that I'd probably never have kids that I fell pregnant! Was a bit of a shock but I am proof that it really is possible. Good luck to you xxx
