Support from work?

Hello, Ive been very fortunate and my work place wants to offer support to help me. I already work one day a week from home and Im not sure what else could be done to help. Does anyone have any ideas or ways to cope?

You could ask them to make your contract into flexible working hours, that way you can work longer hours on the days you are feeling well and shorter hours on the days when you really need to go home. Also I found with my workplace that holding a meeting with fellow co-workers showing clips of YouTube as to the effects endometriosis actually helped everyone to understand what I was going through and they were more empathetic when I needed time off from work.
