I've just been diagnosed with adenomyosis, but not having my hysterectomy yet. All I can say is I wish you the very best and I hope all goes smoothly, your recovery goes well and the op is a success.
Good luck xx
Have you had children yet? Hysterectomy is a cure for adenomyosis but definitely not for Endo. Where is your endo located? Where is your pain located. Do you have side pain, or just uterus type pain in the middle?
How severe is your adenomyosis?
If the main reason you are having a hysterectomy is for adeno, then consider it, but not for the endo - it can make endo worse.
