i received decapeptyl for 3 months 11.25 on 29 aug when my period come back

Hiya it can take any thing from 3-9 months depending on how strong your hormones are that's what I was told .But in some case like mine got the last injection 7th July and they returned 12weeks later x

your period caom back 12 week after the last inj ? is it was 1 month inj or 3 month inj

The average waiting time for ovulation is 5 months. It is not safe for the baby to get pregnant while the drug is in your body, which is approximately 3 months AFTER the next injection was due, eve if you didn't have another one.

If your injection was for 3months starting 29 August,

it starts to run out 29 November

then count 3 more months before it is safe...

which is about 01 March 2014 onwards.

You might not have started ovulating again by then, but it is safe to not use condoms anymore after that date, and start trying for a pregnancy.

Impatients is totally correct in what she is saying above it takes 3 months to get out of system . I was on the 3 month injection got the first one April and second one in July. Wishing you all the best with your journey

hi guys !!! i just had my decapeptyl injection 2 weeks ago after i had a surgery removing fibroid and ovarian cyst ...my gyneco explained that my periods will stop for 3 months but today i had my first period post injection ...im super worried .... im afraid the injection didnt have any effect on me
