Advice with talking to HR

Hi ladies. I have a very supportive boss and have put a request into HR for flexible working if and when I need to due to my endo. I have an appointment to be assessed by an Occupational Health nurse and hoped someone could give me some advice on what to say to get the most support. Thanks in advance xx

I saw occupational health in work for my endo and chronic fatigue. Just tell them the truth and then tell them wat u want.

Hi Claire, so pleased to hear you have a supportive boss :-) that's really good news. It's worth having a think about what might work best for you in terms of your work. Also, worth having a list of what you've had done, when etc and what sort of symptoms you have/ when you have them etc. Every job is different and what might work for you could be different to others so it's very individual. Personally, I found OH very helpful - they understand what it can be like managing long term/ variable/ complicated conditions so I hope they can find a suitable way forward for you. Good luck and take care :-)
