Hello all encephalitis sufferers - we're not supposed to say sufferers these days - more like 'living with'. Quite funny. Enc is like a lodger who wasn't invited in and now won't go away (joke).

One good point for us is that neurological problems are better understood as time passes and as research crosses ever new frontiers.

Music is one form of communication for those who have difficulty expressing themselves or relating to things around them. Here's a very uplifting bulletin which shows what is being achieved both on a personal and social level. If the link works on your device I hope you find it useful.

I’m also a literal spaz, but I would be quite offended if a stranger called me that…

And thanks for sharing the article. I enjoyed reading it. My sister made me an E playlist, including songs that describe parts of my E journey. Always makes me cry.
