Do people find a protein breakfast helps with ADHD meds? If so when do you eat, before, with or after?
Had it an hour after taking the
elvanse
today. So far I feel totally fine. I'm hoping no crash later

Elvanse 50 very bad first day help please.
Just been diagnosed last year at 54 . I’m on my first day of meds. I feel so so dissapointed. From 1.5 hours after taking it I have been my hyperactive self going from one thing to another, but I also felt “ off my head” I felt high, with blasts of complete hopelessness and dispair. After about 4 hours

White blood cell count or allergic responses affected by ADHD medication?
I get pretty regular blood test at the moment as I am monitoring my thyroid, but it has also been interesting to see the other changes in my bloods that have occurred since beginning medication (lisdexamfetamine /
Elvanse
/ Vyvanse).

TPO antibodies =/= diagnosis?
I'm taking ADHD meds and suddenly they are just not working - this sudden worsening of symptoms has coincided with me increasing my dosage of
Elvanse
and I actually took one of my lower dose pills instead today as I was wondering if the new ones they gave me were somehow duds.

Lisdexamfetamine and Sleep Question
Had a break of 5 days and then have been put on really low dose (20mg) of Lisdexamfetamine or
Elvanse
as it seems to be called here in the UK. I've only been on it 2 days and I'm having really poor sleep.

Why Does My Vyanse/Elvanse Dosage Increase Feel Useless?
Hey guys! It's been a while. I hope you're all doing well in your own li'l ways. As the title suggests, I was upped to 40mg from 30mg (I was on 30mg for about 3-4 months IIRC), but I seem to feel it is working less than before. It makes no sense? It was increased because the profile for me is too

Medication for Inattentive ADHD and depression
I stopped the meds, had a review and was put onto
Elvanse
30mg. It started really well and I was happy with the results. More productive, more present, clear thinking, able to focus with only a dry mouth and loss of appetite as the side effects.

I can’t wake up! Mirtazapine and Elvanse
Maybe not the exact same diagnoses or taking
Elvanse
at same time. But does anyone relate to this and share any insights on Mirtazapine?

I managed to get my Elvanse this week
For people in the UK. I managed to get my 70mg this week, and was informed that 50mg and 20mg are coming back in stock. It's worth checking and asking around. They also informed me that the script has to either say 'Adult' or Lisdexamfetamine for them to be able to dispense it. Hope this helps

Medication absorption / metabolisation
Since there is a shortage at the moment and I can't get
Elvanse
he's put me on Amfexa, which is a dexamfetimine and suggested 20mg twice a day would be equivalent.

Struggling with so much conflicting information about meds.
Hey guys I will try to keep it concise (not my forte, but we have ADHD and don't want to overwhelm y'all with reams of text). 30mg Vyvanse/
Elvanse
), 5mg Lexapro and melatonin is my current combo.

Best ways to drain ADHD meds from your system?
I’m on 30mg Vyanse/
Elvanse
, and they normally don’t last the day for me. But today the peak alone has lasted for about 5 hours which is great if I needed it. I would normally have crashed or atleast worn well down from the peak by now - Anyone have any tips on how to help ‘turn them off’?

Vyvanse and Zoloft experience
Does anyone have any experience with taking Vyvanse and Zoloft on the same day. I was reading online about potential drug drug interaction but wanted to check in and see if anyone has experience with this.

Stimulants = normalcy
I take Vyvanse and it helps with mood, energy, focus. Anyway, does anyone else get excited about certain thoughts and prospects after they take their stimulant? My mind is positive and full of ideas and possibilities. Feel good thoughts. The problem is that it wears off and then you’re left with the

Premenopause, ADHD,psychological mess..what is going on?
Good morning everyone! It's a humbling moment when I see myself declining or regressing! I was diagnosed with ADHD in Jan.2024 and started on stimulants currently on Vyvanse 20mg every other day. Got some ADHD coaching . There is an improvement in memory and focus. However, my social/emotional/ communication

ADHD or something else
hello community- I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 39. I think my symptoms were always there but I had been raised to behave so you can imagine the masking that happened. Until it didn’t. Unbeknownst to me I was entering the long long period of perimenopause which as you know exacerbates
