White blood cell count or allergic responses affected by ADHD medication?

Interested in finding out if anyone else has experience of medication affecting their white blood cell count or food reactivity.

I get pretty regular blood test at the moment as I am monitoring my thyroid, but it has also been interesting to see the other changes in my bloods that have occurred since beginning medication (lisdexamfetamine / Elvanse / Vyvanse). Since starting medication, my white blood cell count seems to have decreased quite significantly. This seems to be a recognised phenomenon with amphetamine use. I’m just wondering whether my body will adapt and the WBC count will correct itself naturally, or whether I need to decrease my dose or even stop this medication.

Some of my white blood cell counts are below the normal range now, but all of them are pretty low. Slightly concerned that winter will come and I’m going to be defenceless against all the bugs! I’ve also noticed that I have developed food allergies/intolerances since starting medication – there seems to be something going on with my histamine or immune response to certain triggers. It seems like this is probably not just coincidence , and likely to be related in some way to the lisdexamfetamine affecting my central nervous system. Any thoughts or experiences?

I was also having bloods done for my bones while trialling various ADHD meds including Lisdexamfetamine. My white blood cell count decreased significantly, my mean cell volume decreased and my apc ratio was way below normal.I've given up on ADHD meds now and I haven't had new bloods to I'm afraid I can't tell you anymore.

The doctors don't seem to be concerned about my mean cell count but it looks like I might be referred to a thrombosis clinic for APC ratio as my blood is clotting way too quickly but of course that may be due to my bones rather than the Lisdexamfetamine. They did say my other bloods suggested my kidneys weren't happy and that I needed to drink more water though...
