Allergic rhinitis what can I do to help I have nasal spray nasal rinses and steam three times a day nothing helps my ears hurt my head all the time

Do you take paracetamol plus occassional Ibuprofen? Or any pain relief meds?

Hi yes I take both not much relief of either .. it's taken over my life in pain all the time

Maybe it's time you had some investigations?

Have you ever been referred to an ENT Consultant?

Or a MaxiloFacial Consultant?

If it's within 12 months (some hospitals 6 months) since you were last seen in ENT then you can be seen again.

Phone ENT secretary, say you were seen in ENT but no better and could you come into clinic to be seen again please. Say you can't go on like this - really suffering.

She will tell you if you can be seen or if you need a new referal from GP.

Keep pestering - you have a right to a Diagnosis and prognosis. A right to treatment surely ???

Hi Mary, I have the same and have been suffering for a year, nothing seems to clear nose congestion. I've found one thing that really helps it made my congestion clear and allows me to breath better and stopped my persitant headache. 2/3 drops of good quality black seed oil in each nostril laying down with head tilted back, it stings ever so slightly then clears . Better than any steroid/ corticosteroids etc. Hope this helps

I got the Iman Black seed oil on line
