Hey. I have allergic Rhinitis and severe allergies to cats and a medium allergy to dogs and dust mites (on paper- but in real life my reaction to dogs are a lot worse). I also have general issues breathing and have always breathed through my mouth- which obviously gets annoying for people and tiring for myself. I work in the entertainment business and I am very likely to work with dogs at some point and obviously don't want the sound of my breathing on a microphone . I have recently had an operation- septoplasty with turbinate reduction and a nasal wash out. Not much has come from that. I am still breathing through my mouth. I am just trying to work out if there is anything else I can do besides wait for my next ENT appointment and I am certainly worried about what to do about the allergy problem because fexofenadine isn't that great so am looking for something else. Any help will be appreciated.

Have you tried the nasal spray avamys?
Im also allergic to a lot of things, i take antihistiman daily, try different antihistiman as they get used to the body, when u say avamys didnt work were u taking it daily twice a day, cos it needs one veing consistent with it to work.
