So i am in middle of being diagnosed, basically three physio, osteo and gp have diagnosed but no rheumotologist as yet( october appointment).
I do all my homework, google , joined groups and seen a actual Eds physio.
I have given up gluten for inflammation( i also suffer ibs) , i do yoga, pilate and weights.
I also walk 4-5 miles a day all coz i was told to keep body strong and mobile.
It all goin well but i walked up a steep hill last month and something went in my pelvis , it has just felt wrong ever since like it tilted and pinching in my bottom?
I have seen my osteo and he said i got to be very careful as my pelvis is prob one of the most mobile he has ever seen in 35 years of his osteo life....
What do i do???
Im trying to keep my body strong but i do keep having this same injury?
Any suggestions

Hello Lulubus, just wonder if it might help you to see a good Sport Therapist who does
Bodyrealinment, because it Sounds like if your hip is out of kiltet so to speak.Ihad something similar from just Walking too much..I have hot Sunken Arches with pull the knee and hip in,causing lower back and hip Pain .But a good Sport Therapist which i have to pay privately realins my back and hip As i am quite Hypermobile .
Its Winchester. My Therapist is Matt Barker. He also does Myofacial Release and soft tissue therapy. He releases muscles, tendons and other soft tissue from scar tissues
with Form after Injurie. He is in Winchester Kingsworthy. He works on Clients with Hypermobility and Knows his muscles, tissues ,tendons and so on.I Would fully recommend him or someone who does a job like him
