Thanks for posting the link to this document. I am working my way through it, but I don’t know if I can complete it before July 24th when patient comments are due. It contains so much information that I have wanted to know - but didn’t know where to find.

You are very welcome and I am pleased it could be of some help. There were a couple of more links I choose not to post as I thought that would be information overload. Apparently I was correct. I hope you don’t get overwhelmed as well as I hope you find at least a pathway to answers you have been seeking. If I can help just one person like you daily I consider that a “full days work…lol!
