36 y/o

eGFR is 114

Super high bp (stroke level sometimes)

Newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes

Just found a 5.2cm simple cyst on my left kidney pole.

I am so scared...I have been feeling extremely tired in a way that scares me. Severe Fatigue and blood pressure issues were my only symptoms but the bp was enough for me to land myself in the ER 201/145....it stayed that way for 10 minutes!

Hi ResilentFlowerI'm sorry that I don't have an answer for you, but just to say you must rest and look after yourself.

Have you been diagnosed with anemia? That can happen when your kidneys start to fail. I remember feeling very tired and I was given an iron infusion, which after a few weeks, made a huge difference. My eGFR is around 27 at the moment (just waiting for an update from the hospital after having blood tests done last week), so I don't understand the 114. It may be that it gets measured differently where you are. Or do you mean your creatine levels are 114?
