ACR test sensitivity and accuracy?

Hello everyone,

Does stress increase the protein in ACR test? I was stressed at that time, also did urinalysis

urinalysis is normal no protein

ACR 30.3mg/g which is the normal is less than 30mg/g

Should I repeat the test?

I also worked out 3 days before taking the test

My creatinine was 1.33 normal is 0.6-1.3

also my creatinine has been around 1.3-1.4 since 2018 as I remember, because back in 2013 it was 1.0, I was 19 years old at the time

eGFR around 60-77, back in 2013 it was 102 with creatinine of 1.0 as I mentioned before.

Never had trace protein in Urinalysis, ACR was my first test this time. Also I'm working out a lot since 2015 so I don't know if this is related.. my muscle mass 6 months ago, (I tested after I stopped working out for like two months or so, so I lost muscle mass) it was 31kg muscle mass, 71kg weight.

Any thoughts are welcomed!

Thanks.

Maybe discuss with your Doctor about your stress involved when you took the test and probably will re- order other tests to compare results to when you are no longer stressed.
