Why am I constantly being shut out of this site? It keeps saying I have no connection and that someone's trying to steal my details.

I doubt that it is this site but rather some virus or malware on your computer.

My daughter says it's definitely this site and not my phone but I don't know how to get rid of it!

You say you are accessing by your phone. Try to access by a computer or tablet, just one time. Or perhaps your daughters phone. If you do NOT get the "error" then clearly it is some kind of virus on your phone. If you DO get an error then it is some problem with the website. If the website, you could go through a long struggle and a lot of communication with support on how to figure it out. But easier would be to create a new nickname and id and just start new.

Thanks RickHow , think I'll just change my id and nickname. Seems simpler as I don't use my computer. I'm having to turn my phone off and on several times a day..it's so annoying.
