Hi boomzoom alot of your symptoms sound like anaemia to me including the chest pain, cramps, weakness, breathing issues and nausea. Has your GP tested for iron levels?.
You mention in your other post about drug abuse. What type of drugs have you been taking?. If you mean OTC meds which have nsaids like asprin or ibuprofen in them as well as other meds then these can aggravate the whole gastrointestinal system causing slow (or fast) blood loss which can easily cause anemia. The nsaids especially ibuprofen can also cause your kidneys to have a rough time.
As much as you may not want to do it, you need to go back to your GP or ask to see a different GP at your practice if your not happy with the one you saw the first time, and explain ALL your symptoms in detail.
They should then arrange a full blood works test either theirselves or with the practice nurse. When the results come back they can treat you accordingly and or refer you to whichever specialism is required at your local hospital.
Thanks a lot sir, I have an appointment the coming monday with my doc, with it I now am witnessing the tip of my nails yellowing with lines, and general weakness, flank pain smelly urine and froth after hitting the water, headache, nausea and yes a metallic taste experience.
