Linoleic Acid

I have been reading a lot lately about linoleic acid and it's positive effect on renal function. I asked my doctor about taking this and her response was that she wasn't sure it would help, but it wouldn't hurt (gee, thanks)! Anyone here have any experience?

I have a link that may answer some of your questions but personally, I haven't used this myself.

Hi, I take alpha lipoic acid but haven't heard about the one you mentioned. My doctor didn't recommend the supplements I take, I did it on my own. I believe it has helped. He is always amazed that I've maintained my renal function and I'm stage 5. So id say give it a shot. I believe when you ask God for wisdom to help yourself he gives it to you. Prayers for you. God can do anything!

Thank you, Bunkin. May I ask how much you take?
