Agree, I have read many things. I didn’t realize so many things were hard on kidneys. Someone said to me something that rings true” you can’t put something toxic into your body and expect good”. I used to do protein powders, etc. even stopped thode. Not overly necessary, so why? Great luck on your mission.

Please let me know how it goes. My kidney function was 21% last labs. I am kind of desperate Ssi really don’t want to do dialysis.
