Tablet that kidney patient can take for cold and fever

My mom is having high creatinin of 5.5 .she is suffering from cold ,i need suggestion that what kind of medicine she can try ,

Definitely nothing in the NSAID family such as Ibuprofen. Personally I would stick to hot lemon and honey and if needed Paracetamol. If it goes on her chest then her Dr will need to prescribe an appropriate antibiotic, preferably for 5 rather than 7 days - at least that has been my recent experience for a cold and sore throat as someone with reduced kidney function. Hope she gets better soon.
