Kidney disease stage 3

Hi how I have ckd the stage 3 my kidneys are functioning at 40/% I am 40 years old I have been told I have very small kidneys I have already seen a kidney specialist and I have to go back in 2 months very concerned

Are u diabetic too ?

whats your gfr ?gender and country?Also creatinine level ?

Hi I am a female and I live in Norwich my levels are low but not to sure what they are and I'm not diabetic either thank you for your reply

IT appears your GFR (GLOMERULAR FIILTRATION RATE ) IS 40 ,if you are not diabetic ,your HT has to got cured ,other wise decline of GFR is inevitable. In my case 4 years ago my gfr was 50 but now its 37, i eat an apple a day to eject toxins from the body ,you can find lot of information from internet about ckd2 , ckd 3 ckd 4, ckd 5

ckd 5 is kidney failure .Drink about 1.5 litres of water every day do not allow GFR to drop, be on your guard , check your creatinine lebel every month,
