CKD stage 3 - 4 pregnancy

I am thinking of having a baby but currently I have CKD stage 3 ( Estimated GFR 34.1). I am going through huge anxiety as I only have one kidney with an over active small capacity bladder. Urology has said that I need to have an operation to make my bladder capacity bigger, also I am not able to pass urine naturally hence using self catheter. Anyway, knowing all the health complication I still want to have a baby before my kidney deteriorates further.

Has anyone experienced this kind of health issue and was able to have a child? Thanks!
