Coronavirus NHS advice.

Hi everyone,

As this is in the news every day with how it's spreading and affecting our lifestyles which is worrisome, it is however a very fragile virus so we can protect ourselves to some degree with simple precautions and hygiene.

My opinion is the healthier we eat, the better regardless so our bodies are more resilient to infections.

In the UK the daylight hours are growing faster so we have more UV light and that zaps virus' so I'm pleased about that.
