Hello, I'm new to this community and have Type 2 Diabetes and live as healthy a life style as possible. I have recently begun an exercise plan including, walking, running, fitness classes and swimming. I already hydrate myself by drinking plenty of water. Would you please advise on the best way to replace any further nutrients needed? Thank you :-)
