I am suffering Diabetes Type 2 from 10 months fasting 120 & after meal 220 my age 47 y ,wt 66kg.plesase give aurvedic solution.

I'd suggest that you look for an alternative to an ayurvedic solution.

I'm assuming you are of Asian origin, so that often means a diet high in starch.

If you have T2 diabetes it means your blood sugar is out of control. Eating potato, rice, pasta, bread etc immediately turns to glucose (sugar) and your body cannot cope with it in the normal fashion.

If you are serious about reversing, or at least controlling your blood sugar you need to replace starch with healthy saturated fats. In many cases T2 diabetics can return their blood sugar to the normal range.
