Day 48 AF….went for a lovely meal , instead of the usual bottle of wine I had a non alcoholic beer which was quite nice,at the end of the meal was offered a complimentary brandy which I would usually have gobbled down, Having declined I was brought a fresh mint tea! All good,fighting the little booze devil when he pops up on my shoulder,the experiment continues…😷

One day at a time,try to focus on other things…my poor hubby over the years has put up with some really poor behaviour on my part which has caused embarrassment and terrible guilt the next day …when the booze devil takes a holiday everything improves,take it from me.
