Eating less now drinking less

1 thing has definitely stood out beside the money I am saving whilst drinking less. The amount of junk snacks I was consuming. Them calories on top of alco calories, no wonder I have gained weight. That crave for salty or sugary snacks just isn't the same now. And I have now ensured that low fat crunchy snacks are available instead of eating rucks of crisps or nuts.

Huge well done! Keep up the good work….but also be kind to yourself. We all need a wee bit of a treat every few days! 🥳🥳

Oh yeah definitely I'm just enjoying the learning process 😊 ... I know I need to lose about 2 stone so will be great if I can have calories through letting go of the snacks. I've got premade stuff in too instead of gorging on grease lol

I've stopped buying wine for days I want to be good ...I'd just end up tipping last glass down sink. It's funny isn't it how sometimes, we get that mood going and feel great, yet feel so guilty the next day. That guilt made me want to top up later that day. I've done that for years but it's stopped now ...so far. 🙂 Hope you feel ok tonight.
