Quite pleased with myself this morning drinking usually starts Thursdays but my husband had wine last night offered to me which I turned down. Pleased with myself this morning for not drinking already feel I can do much more with my day 😀

Smell the roses 🌹, but don’t overdo it. If you push yourself too hard, at the end of the day, that wine will look mighty good. Take it easy and languish in the freedom that a day without drinking can give you. 😊
