Worried you'll lose your personality? I think I know what you mean... I'm an introvert; I'm not usually the first person to speak in the room, although I do have things to say. Alcohol has helped me be an extrovert and be the more engaging person that society has a better opinion of... So my journey (in progress) is to accept myself, and do that without the alcohol. I've only got to some 'drink free days' so far (via the great NHS app) but I do feel much more myself, the morning after a DFD. Highly recommended!
