Do you have Atrial Fibrillation and live in Leeds?

My name is Emily, I'm a pharmacist working in Leeds supporting doctors surgeries to better care for patients with atrial fibrillation (AF), including those who have had strokes due to their AF. As part of this role, my colleagues and I really want to find our more about the experiences of patients with AF in Leeds to help us to improve the training we give healthcare professionals working in doctors surgeries.

If you live in Leeds and have AF (or care for somebody with AF), we would be so grateful if you could spend 5-10 minutes answering this questionnaire smartsurvey.co.uk/s/AF2022/

Thank you in advance.
