Was diagnosed with a cerebellar infarction which I believe is a subtype of a ischemic stroke after a mri scan for left sided tinnitus

Also blood tested twice and have aps as well

Still on clopidogrel and statins so far

Yes it is a type of ischemic stroke. Do you have any other issues due to the stroke or was it a TIA : trans ischemc attack- symptoms abate within 24-48 hours?

Hello yes it was a TIA got diagnosed after having a MRI scan for left sided tinnitus but no other symptoms so far

Im hoping the clopidigrel is enough. Any new symptoms call your doc asap. Where are you?

Thanks for replying yes I live in Scotland well the Shetland islands

See consultant again 21 st December and will see how it goes

Had blood tests done my cholesterol is still high now doctor is upping atorvastatin from 20 mg to 40 mg a day
