Need a help!

My name is Runqiong Wang and I am a postgraduate on the Service Experience Design and Innovation course at London College of Communication in London. Currently we are working on a digital platform wanting to empower and engage patients in their patient treatment working in line with the NHS. Our job as service designers is to make this possible and more importantly make the platform user-friendly for patients.

My team is at this moment asking how might we empower patients by motivating them to stay on their existing care plan with great emphasis on motivating. I am writing this because we would like to come in contact with people who are living with a long-term condition such as stroke. we believe to make a perfect service will be designed for and get their insights, thoughts and wishes.

I am wondering if maybe some members within the Different Stroke would be willing to participate in a group interview (max 20 mins) and further down the line maybe a co-design workshop(max 1h)? You can choose which way is more convenient for you. All the participants and their answers can be anonymous in the final research and if you wish we have the possibility to send a consent-letter from the university.

Our group really need a Bridge for getting deeper needs from stroke survivors!

We appreciate everyone who are willing to share this experience with us. Thanks a lot!

I private messaged you, Cindy

I've had a full stroke, I'm not on a care plan and I'm happy to communicate by email. However, I won't travel to other parts of the UK for interviews and workshops.
