Anyone Had A Horrible Appointment? 😫

When my husband & I went upto my local 🏥 for my Stroke Clinic appointment, it went horribly wrong

He questioned as to whether I had a stroke & whether I suffer from the other health issues, when I said about the awful tiredness, he put it down to my tablets, which we know it ain't & now wants to mess about with them which is an uber bad idea

The next day, I was all upset about it & can't take it in as he wants the Neurology dept, which have always been good to me to side with him, the only other place that's been good to me is the Stroke Ward & Psyhio team

My husband & I know I had a stroke & suffer from health issues as we have paperwork that says so plus my discharge papers say it

You sometimes get this type of thing with strokes unfortunately just don’t go back to this practitioner they aren’t on the same wavelength so just move on . Wishing you well on your road to recovery

Sadly I've gotta see him again in four mnths time, but I see Neurology in 2 mnths time & Cardiology on the 30th because of this, I ain't looking forward to the other appointments

I've told friends & family what happened, they ain't happy @ all with what he said, a couple said that we should have complained about him

Positive response: Its actually a backward compliment because you “look” so good, good for you, although it doesnt help your situation😏

Suppose that is a strange way of looking @ it. In another group I'm in found out that I had an isechemic stroke, sorry if I spelt it wrong! Asked the same questions there & found out what was on my letter & discharge papers meant

I've had 2 falls already & 1 near fall, 2 @ home & 1 today on the beach which resulted in me getting wet, thankfully my watch & phone didn't! I'm OK, just abit sore in places
