Strange feeling in arms and legs

Hi does anyone ever get strange electric shocks going down the arms and legs? I have had these since my stroke and it gets worse if I hold a warm cup of tea??

I as yet not had that i get a restless feeling and cannot sit still. Have to get up and walk around or the silliest thing is i feel like have to go to the toilet. When i have been i can go back to sitting down.

I recognize that feeling I had a left side wipeout and my brain doesn't map properly anymore so a weak ankle translates into a wrist that hurts (sometimes like these small electric shocks in the wrist
