Thanks for having me. I suffered a TIA 11 years ago while working in the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff then had a CVA while I was in Hospital. Once I'd gotten over the initial strokes, with the help of my family and the Doctors and Nurses. The Why Me phase, the hard work and frustration of learning to do things left handed began, which proved quite funny on times. If I can help anybody come to terms with a Stroke just contact me. I may not be able to help but I can listen well.
