My pth was 1500 and calcium 11.5

Sergon could only remove one parathyroid gland. After limited parathyroidectomy

My pth is still 1500 but calcium reduced to 7.2

Find a better surgeon and get the others removed or be sure you're taking sensipar and zemplar could be helpful. Consult with another surgeon specializing in parathyroidectomies.
