I am diabetic with sugar level 170 PP and regularly taking in twice a Gluconorm PG 1 before meal and Volix-0.2 mg after meal

but now i have a problem of constipation along with gas problem daily is it due to these medicine or the other reason there? please suggest what to do to have relief

I have gone through this.My doctor asked me to see a gastro enterologist.He said the medicines are not responsible for my gastric troubles.He also conducted a colonoscopy and found every thing normal.He concluded that the problem is due to diabetes.I drink plenty of water to relieve myself.It works most of the time.
